Processing & Shipping

 All items will be shipped through our standard shipping option.  Delivery times may vary based on location. However, it is our goal to process and ship orders within 3-5 business days.  While this is our goal, due to the uncertainty of shipping delays caused by COVID-19 and/or holiday peak times, please allow up to 7-10 business days to receive your item(s).

 

Return Policy

In the event that you need to return an item, all items must be returned within 3 days from the delivery date. Please note that all Sale Items are FINAL SALE. The Style Vault Boutique will only accept unused, unworn, and unaltered items. To start the process of a return, please email us at info@thestylevaultboutique.com to notify us of intent to return. Once your item is received, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. The customer is responsible for shipping fees in association with returning items. Upon receipt of your items, you will be notified via email and a store credit will be issued to you. 

 

Pre-orders:

If you purchase an item that has an "estimated" ship date, please note that the item is a pre-order item. Shipping times on pre-orders are estimated, but may not be exact based on factors such as manufacturing and or shipping delays. Pre-orders may ship before or after the estimated ship date. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase.
